The focus of the RREEF Retail Group is to provide a full spectrum of property management services to RREEF clients. We specialize in managing power centers, community centers, neighborhood centers and lifestyle centers. Our business plan consists of professional expertise in asset management, property leasing, construction management and engineering services. We also provide our clients with strategic planning and reporting, full-service accounting and marketing and advertising.
The Retail Group has seven regional offices throughout the country staffed by property management, leasing and accounting professionals. A highly experienced group of these retail professionals is assigned to each new assignment. Larger properties typically have on-site management and support staff while smaller properties are managed by the local RREEF management office.
