We have developed a nationally-recognized property management organization comprised of over 75 offices in major metropolitan areas located across the United States. As the owner’s representative, our managers are directly responsible for the development and implementation of property strategies, the achievement of financial projections and the hands-on management of their properties. Because our managers work so closely with the properties and tenants within their respective markets and with our portfolio managers on investment decisions, RREEF’s managers are better able to maximize the value of the properties under their management.
To demonstrate the true value of our exacting management and leasing guidelines the Kingsley Survey, the national standard for real estate performance benchmarking, ranked tenant satisfaction within RREEF-managed industrial, office and retail properties higher than its own Kingsley Index. This high level of achievement correlates directly with better property performance and greater value enhancement for our clients.
